PURE FOOD
spiced with life
Vegetarian, Vegan, and gluten free cuisine incorporating locally grown produce, world flavors, and sustainable business practices

Revolution in the Kitchen Catering offers full service catering services to the Denver/Boulder area of Colorado.

Our cuisine

We specialize in meatless, yet satisfying and flavorful food preparation. We incorporate raw foods, dairy free, and gluten free options within all of our menus. We only use ingredients of the highest quality, which to us means Organic or locally sourced. Southwestern and Latin influences abound in our cuisine, often fusing with the best in world food culture. Through the use of texture, contrast, global flavor, and practiced technique our culinary style combines phenomenal taste with life infused nourishment.

                                                                 Our Philosophy
It is an honor to cook for others and every dish that we make reflects our deep commitment to wholesome nurturance, tasteful innovation, and ecological sustainability.

Our catering services

Our services range from box lunches to beautifully displayed dinner buffets. We offer specialized food platters for pick up or delivery, that are available large or small. These are great for bringing to a party, baby shower, or other occasion. Every event is unique and has different needs. Some may simply just need us to drop off platters of food, while other events may require on site staff throughout the event and a hot buffet set up. We have created a variety of options within our catering services.
Visit our catering website for current menus, food gallery, pricing and further information.
